The grave of a rich citizen of Naissus (inv. 1181,1182, 1183, 1185)

At the time of Constantine the Great in Naissus lived a young woman aged between 20 and 24 years, which belonged to the higher social level. Although placed into a simple burial pit, without built construction, she was buried with luxury jewelry made of gold and silver, which are remarkable specimens produced in a local jeweler’s workshop.
