A monument dedicated to the emperor Septimius Severus was discovered in the Nis Fortress in 1984. It was built by Claudius Magnus, the first known civil physician in Naissus. It is dated in 202 AD.
On the lateral sides there are representations of Asclepius and Hygeia with Telesphorus in high relief.
